Highest temperature in Karachi on June 11?

52%Updated 3 min ago

What you need to know

This market is asking: how hot will Karachi get on June 11, 2026 — specifically, what will the single highest temperature of that day be? The three main options are 39°C (~102°F), 40°C (~104°F), or 41°C (~106°F). The market is currently placing the most weight on 40°C, meaning that's the temperature most participants think is most likely. A "Yes" for any option simply means the thermometer peaked at that exact degree on that day. The market settles based on the highest temperature recorded at one specific weather station — Masroor Airbase in Karachi — on June 11, 2026, as reported by the weather site Weather Underground. The reading is rounded to the nearest whole degree Celsius, so a reading of 40.7°C would count as 40°C, not 41°C. The market won't close until the first data point for June 12 appears on that site, giving time for any late corrections to June 11's data to be counted. No relevant recent news was provided for this market. For a temperature forecast this far in advance, the most useful things to watch would be long-range seasonal outlooks for Karachi's pre-monsoon heat in June, or any reports about unusually warm or cool weather patterns developing over the Arabian Sea and South Asia in the weeks leading up to the date. June weather in Karachi is genuinely hard to pin down a year in advance. Karachi's pre-monsoon heat can swing several degrees depending on sea breezes off the Arabian Sea — a strong onshore breeze can knock temperatures down significantly, while stagnant air can send them soaring. The difference between 39°C and 41°C is well within the normal range of year-to-year variation. Even short-range forecasts (a few days out) struggle with Karachi's coastal microclimate, so the spread across the options here reflects real, honest uncertainty.
