Highest temperature in Manila on June 13?
What you need to know
This market asks: on June 13, 2026, what will the hottest reading of the day be at Manila's main airport weather station? The answer options are temperature brackets — roughly, will it peak at 33°C (about 91°F), 34°C (about 93°F), or 36°C (about 97°F)? It's essentially a weather forecast turned into a question with a specific answer, settled by one real measurement from one real station. The market settles based on the single highest temperature recorded on June 13, 2026, at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport weather station, as logged on Weather Underground. Whichever temperature bracket contains that peak reading wins. The key detail: only whole-degree Celsius readings count — no decimals. The result is locked in once the first data point from June 14 appears, after which any later corrections to June 13's data are ignored. The only news provided is about Indian politics — it has no connection to Manila's weather. There is no relevant recent news to point to here. What would actually matter to watch for is any seasonal forecast for the Philippines in mid-June 2026, or updates from PAGASA, the Philippine weather agency, as the date approaches. Weather is genuinely hard to predict more than a few days out, and this market closes over a year from now, making precision nearly impossible today. The market currently leans toward 33°C (53%), with 34°C close behind at 39% — so the two brackets are not far apart. Mid-June in Manila falls near the start of the rainy season, when cloud cover can suppress peak temperatures, but heat can still spike on drier days. A single degree either way changes the outcome completely.
