Stanley Cup Finals: Player to Record Most Goals in One Game?

100%sportsUpdated 7 min ago

What you need to know

This market asks: among Mitch Marner, Jack Eichel, and Taylor Hall, who will score the most goals in a single game during the 2026 Stanley Cup Finals? It's not about the whole series — it's about finding the one game where one player has the biggest individual scoring performance. A Yes on Marner means he had the highest single-game goal total of those three players across the entire Finals. Whoever among the three listed players scores the most goals in any one game of the 2026 Stanley Cup Finals wins this market. If two players are tied on single-game goals, total Finals goals are compared next, then shooting percentage, then alphabetical order by last name — a detailed tiebreaker chain. Importantly, if someone not on this list (say, a different player entirely) has the best single-game performance, the market resolves to 'Other' instead of any of these three names. None of the provided news headlines relate to hockey, the Stanley Cup Finals, or any of these players. There is no relevant recent news to draw from here. The kinds of updates that would matter are game scores, injury reports, or player performance news from the ongoing Finals series. The 100% odds on Marner look striking, but this market is almost certainly very thinly traded or reflects early positioning rather than a considered crowd view — treat that number with caution. The real uncertainty is wide: any player on either roster could have a big game, tiebreaker rules add complexity, and the 'Other' outcome is a genuine possibility if an unlisted player dominates. With games still being played through June 18, a lot can change quickly.

How this resolves

Resolves June 18, 2026

This market will resolve in favor of the listed player who records the most goals in a single game during the 2026 Stanley Cup Finals series between the Carolina Hurricanes and Vegas Golden Knights. In the event of a tie, this market will resolve in favor of the tied player with the most total goals during the 2026 Stanley Cup Finals. If a tie still persists, this market will resolve in favor of the tied player with the higher shooting percentage during the 2026 Stanley Cup Finals. If a tie still persists, this market will resolve in favor of the player whose listed last name comes first alphabetically. If an unlisted player scores the most goals in a single game, this market will resolve to “Other”. If the 2026 Stanley Cup Finals series is cancelled, postponed after July 3, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or it is otherwise unclear which player recorded the most goals in a single 2026 Stanley Cup Finals game within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”. The resolution source for this market will be official information from the NHL; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
