World Cup: Team to Go Unbeaten (Group Stage)
What you need to know
This market asks whether a specific national team — Spain, Argentina, or Belgium — will get through all three of their group stage games at the 2026 World Cup without losing even once. A Yes means they win or draw every group match; a No means they drop at least one game. Draws are perfectly fine — only a defeat triggers No. Each team listed has its own separate odds reflecting its own chances. The market settles Yes if the team finishes all three group stage matches without a single loss, based on official FIFA results. If the team loses even one game, it resolves No immediately — no need to wait for the group stage to end. There's an important edge case: if the team is eliminated, disqualified, or withdraws before playing all three matches, that also counts as No. The group stage must be completed and results confirmed by July 11, 2026, or the market resolves No regardless. None of the recent headlines provided relate to this market. There's no relevant World Cup news to summarize here. The kinds of updates that would matter are team injury reports, group draw results, or any official FIFA announcements about the tournament schedule. Even the strongest teams lose group stage matches sometimes — upsets are a normal part of football. Spain, Argentina, and Belgium are all highly regarded sides, which is why the market prices them above 75%, but a single bad day, a red card, a key injury, or a tough group opponent can change everything. The group draw matters a lot: who these teams face determines the difficulty. With the tournament still ahead, squad fitness and form closer to June 2026 will also shift the picture considerably.

How this resolves
Resolves June 29, 2026
This market will resolve to “Yes” if the listed team does not record a loss in any of its three 2026 FIFA World Cup group stage matches. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”. For the purpose of this market, “unbeaten” is defined as having not recorded a loss; a drawn match counts as unbeaten. A listed team that is eliminated, disqualified, or withdraws before completing all three group matches will resolve “No”. If at any point it becomes impossible for the listed team to finish the group stage unbeaten (e.g. they record a loss), the associated market will resolve immediately to “No”. If the 2026 FIFA World Cup group stage is cancelled, postponed after July 11, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or official group stage results are not available within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “No”. The resolution source for this market will be official information from FIFA; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
