Will Pauline Hanson wear a burqa again in 2026?

Resolution Criteria

This market will resolve to “Yes” if Pauline Hanson is photographed or videotaped wearing a burqa, niqab, chador, or other whole-face religious veil at any point between market creation and December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”. To qualify, Pauline Hanson must wear a whole-face religious veil. A qualifying veil must cover the hair, neck, mouth, and all sides of the head. A qualifying veil may show the eyes or nose. A veil which covers only the hair, neck, or shoulders will not count. A qualifying whole-face religious veil will still qualify regardless of whether any skin is showing below the neck. To qualify, the veil must be clearly religious in nature, even if the veil is not worn correctly. For example, Pauline Hanson covering her entire head with a bath towel will not qualify. The resolution source will be a consensus of credible reporting, including photographs or video from reputable media outlets.
